Just a peek at what we are doing in the Kitchen, a group of us ripped out the old cabinets, rewired and installed some used cabinets, S.S. counter and new upper ones. Quite a lot  of plumbing had to be done plus we moved the hot water heater into the furnace room.  Built a pantry on the end, installed a dropped ceiling and new lighting &   purchased a commercial propane stove We have now completed the Island.

This Island is on wheels so we can move it over to the serving window.  We still need to install a dishwasher plus maybe a new floor covering.

We petitioned one end off for a pantry.  Now all of our supplies are together in one space.  It will be a joy to cook & serve in this kitchen!!!
