Annual Lobster & Steak Supper/June 1,2002

On June the first approximately 200 brethren & friends sat down to a mouth-watering lobster plate or steak. 600lbs live bay lobsters were cook prior to supper at Banty's.
A lot of work goes into this supper, J.W. Bro. Alan Hawkins makes sure everything is looked after. It starts 2 days before hand with cutting up the ingredients for the salad, cooking potatoes etc.

This is the second year we held this event at the lodge. for the past 25 years
or more it had been held at Watson's Lodge on Oromocto Lake.
This event has been a success year after year mainly because of the lobster being cooked at the site and of course the brethren from the lodge preparing the food, serving, cooking and looking after the tables with a smile.
If you haven't been to any of these suppers make a note on your calendar next June, it is always the first Saturday.
