Despite the cold weather, there were several seats filled as the new Worshipful Master conducted the meeting.  The highlight of the meeting was when Bro. Basil Messer (last living charter member) present the W.M. and the Lodge with a second W.M's Plaque.  The W.M. accepted this plaque and would be hung up in the east with the first one.
